Nature, the Great Outdoors & You

Nature, the Great Outdoors & You

The Romantic Authors had a great abiding love and respect for nature. Wordsworth wrote that nature allowed him to "see into the life of things." Nature and the wild world are a part of many Romantic poems and stories.

What is your feelings about nature? Do you feel the same way? If so why, or why not? What is the best way to experience the natural world? Is the experience itself overrated and irrelevant to young adults like yourself?

Precious Palms- Romance Nature

..::-*- My feelings about Nature.....I think nature is beautiful, and I honestly find it really interesting how the enviorment changes. Climate and the enviornmental scenary varies far and few it can range from artic crisp dry-cold to warm dewy lush green land. I do feel the same way as Wordsworth who believes nature allowed him to "see into the life of things." Currently in the United States, the cities are highly polluted and littered by fast food receptacles and the cities' nature is dead or faux-plants. I think the way the world is with all its controversies is projecting through by the quality of our Nature. I think the best way to expierence the best of what the world has left is to go into the country side of the city or leave the country all together and venture out into an Island. To me, i personally like nature but I am not in love with it- sometimes it is overrated but in reality it really isn't so it's only irrelevant because our generation is lazy and narrcisitic.
